What certifications do we have?
Do we sub-contract our work out or do we have our own employees?
We have in-house, full-time staff, that handle our major trades. We do occasionally use sub contractors to provide floor coverings, textiles and custom showers, which allows for additional manufacturer and labor warranties.
Questions regarding insurance
No. We work with all major insurance companies.
Does it matter which company I am insured with?
Do I have to file a claim first before I call for assistance?
No. If your home has been damaged by a peril, you as the homeowner have the obligation to prevent further damage. The sooner you call us, the quicker we can prevent further damage
What if my insurance claim is less than I need?
In some cases, insurance appraisers may offer a sum of money that doesn’t cover the costs of damage. Sometimes oversights can occur. Our knowledgeable staff can review your estimate for accuracy to determine if the settlement is sufficient to cover your damage
What if my insurance claim is denied?
The homeowner always has the right to appeal an insurance settlement and provide supplemental information to their company.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance companies.
Do I need to have a check from my insurance before booking any services?
Usually there is no deductible for emergency services. However, a deductible, as outlined in your policy, is applicable with rebuilding.
What is a deductible?
A deductible is YOUR out of pocket expense per claim. To know your exact deductible please refer to the declarations page of your policy. A deductible is most similar to a co-pay. Your deductible is taken out of the cost of the rebuild by the insurance company and is the responsibility of the homeowner to pay the contractor of your choice.
